The 9th Experts Group Meeting of the SHC Task 40 / ECEBS Annex 52 will be held May 1-3, 2013 at AAU-CPH, Copenhagen, Denmark with an Industry Workshop to be held on April 30, 2013.
International Conference Towards Net Zero Energy Buildings
On Tuesday April 30 an international conference is organized with presentation of experiences from pilot projects and initiatives on zero energy buildings as well as the latest research achievements. Representatives from the Danish Government will present the Danish energy strategy and the implications for the building sector.
Registration: Please register separately for the conference at the website: www.zeb.aau.dk. There is no fee for participants of the Task 40 / Annex 52 Expert Meeting.

Pass under the bridge between the two white buildings at A. C. Meyers Vænge 15 (see picture below map) and up the stairs to the reception where the meeting will take place.
Dinner
An informal dinner of the members will be held in the evening of Thursday May 2nd at a nice restaurant in the city centre. At this time, it is expected that the cost of the dinner will be sponsored.
Hotel
The hosts have looked for some hotels with special rates for the Task/Annex members. One hotel, Scandic Hotel Sydhavnen is located close to AAU-CPH, while the rest of the hotels are located in the centre of Copenhagen, carefully selected to provide easy public transportation to AAU-CPH. The special price for a single room is 920 DKK per night, incl. VAT, service and breakfast. Rooms are available until March 27, 2013 and reservations can be made by sending an e-mail to sydhavnen@scandichotels.com, stating the booking-code (AAL290413) and your credit card information for guarantee of reservation.

Fees
There will be a registration fee of 800 DKK (approximately 105 Euro) to cover the costs of the meeting (room rental, coffee breaks and lunches.) This fee can be paid in cash on-site during the registration. If you prefer to do pay in advance using a bank transfer, then kindly email Kim B.
